Victoria Lee

Victoria earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Certificate in Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland – College Park. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and spent several years in finance before discovering her passion for working with children experiencing communication challenges. This led her to a career change, during which she gained hands-on experience as a teacher’s assistant in a DC private school for students with language-based learning differences like dyslexia. During this time, Victoria taught one-on-one reading lessons and small group writing classes for 5th and 6th graders. She continued to refine these skills during her graduate school placement at another local private school for students with language-based learning differences. Victoria has experience working in a pediatric outpatient clinic in Maryland and enjoys supporting children of all ages and abilities. Her specialized clinical interests include literacy, fluency disorders, early intervention, and gestalt language processing. As a bilingual Korean speaker, she is passionate about working with multilingual populations as well. Victoria is committed to empowering her clients to become confident, spontaneous, and joyful communicators. She also values collaboration with caregivers, helping them create a supportive environment that fosters growth and learning.
